How do restaurants prepare fine cooked beef taco meat? When I do its still chunky. Maybe a grinder afterward?
Maybe after I brown the meat and add seasoning, I could put it through a grinder to get it finer? An example would be the Taco Bell meat, it is very finely chopped.
You have to cook a beef roast until very tender,then shred apart with fingers and cut into small pieces with a knife.People do it both ways.If your talking about ground beef,mash with a fork or a potato masher until it is in fine particals.You may have to add a little extra water with the seasoning and simmer a little longer also.
